Deadline to book your room with the discounted rate or make any changes to your reservation is July 9th 2024 in order to recieve the discounted rate and be a part of the wedding group.

You will only be charged $1 deposit to book your room. The balance will be charged in full to your card on file 30 days before your arrival to the resort. (It only cost $1 to reserve your room! Dont wait!)

We suggest not waiting until the deadline, as this resort is very popular and sells out quickly. Rooms are offered at a discounted rate and are subject to current availability at the resort. There are no held rooms. Please book your room as soon as possible!

Things to consider before you book!!!

1. Min 3 night stay is required!
2. Minimum double occupany of 2 adults must be met before the child rate applies.
3. Child rate applies for ages 4-12, children under 4 are free but will count towards the capacity of the room.
4. Largest rooms are the family suites which only hold a max of 5 people ( 3 adults 2 children max or 2 adults 2 children)
5. Excellence club are adult only rooms and have a max capacity of 2.
6. Maximum adult capacity in any room is 3.

Booking instructions:

1. CLICK HERE and choose finest playa mujeres.
2. Enter your dates, number of guests and promocode.
3. In the promocode box type NWWOCT24FPM then click check availability. After choosing check availability, looking at the different room categories, you should see that the promo code has been applied. It's in a black box next to each room category.

4. Choose the desired available room and click on add.
A box will come up and you can click "book now" and enter all required information.

Our wedding is on FRIDAY OCT 11, 2024. Please be sure to book your flight to arrive at least a day or 2 before and also please check the EVENTS tab for a list of events to plan your trip accordingly.

The airport to fly into is the Cancún International Airport (CUN). Finest Playa Mujeres is approximately 30 minutes north from the Cancun airport.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

You may book it via your favorite airline.

Typically about 6-9 months out is the best time to book but it can vary.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

Tip: try using the "hopper" app. it searches for flights and gives you a best time to buy predictor. then go direct to your favorite airline to book.

Want to bring some luggage? Southwest lets you check 2 bags for free and has " wanna get away" fares. They usually release their flights in 6 month increments.

When you book your flight please make sure to use your names listed Exactly as they are on your Government Issued Passport Book ID and email transfers@seasonstours.com with the following information at least 72 hours before you arrive :

*Note: Your name must match your Passport. Matching all of your travel documents with your passport (especially your airline tickets) for international travel is extremely important. Not doing so may cause delays or prevent you from traveling.

*Words of Advice*
-Fly the red-eye for more time at the resort! If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room to be ready.

-Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations*

~ Any new bookings or modifications on existing reservations after July 9th, 2024 will be subject to the applicable rate at that moment of booking/modification and will not count towards Natacia and Wayne's wedding.

~Cancellations received within 48 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay and no refund will be given to no show or early departure.

~Cancellations of direct bookings (promo code) received 48 hours or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is due.

~Promo code is exclusive for "suite only" bookings. It is not applicable on "suite + flight" option. Nor is it applicable on non refundable rate options.
